In 2026, Ospreay Wins The World Title and Mercedes Moné Wins At Wembley
Will Ospreay returned with the World Title, Mercedes Moné finally won Wembley, and The New Level made a statement with Trios gold on their AEW debut.
Wembley Stadium hosted All Elite Wrestling again on Sunday, August 30, 2026. All In felt like the company’s Super Bowl again.
After a vacation in Texas last year, back in London for the August Bank Holiday. A hometown hero won the world title in a main event after an unexpected AEW debut that crowned new champions. Seven titles were at stake.
Nighttime saw title changes and unfinished business. The final two were Will Ospreay and Kenny Omega. Mercedes Moné ended a year-long All In curse. Allin scaled a light stand. A mystery duo of former WWE stars won gold.
The AEW World Championship goes to Will Ospreay over Kenny Omega.
The long-anticipated match was the main event. Omega was the last real danger after defeating MJF to win the AEW World Championship in the summer. Ospreay won the 2026 Owen Hart Cup and promised to “bring it home.” Walk to ring sold that notion. He remembered Jon Moxley from AEW. Ospreay received the UK flag from Moxley. The US Empire surrounded the opponent. Elite stood one on each side of the winner.
Omega struck Ospreay’s neck, hurting him after double fusion surgery. Eye rakes, neckbreakers, a monitor shot that busted Ospreay open, and a powerbomb through the announce table and into ringside tables were intended to be horrible at the beginning. Omega was full of V-Triggers. A Tiger Driver ’91 and One Winged Angel qualify for two counts. When Ospreay kicked out, Wembley rose.
Audiences demanded a return. styles collide, corkscrew fall, tiger driver, Storm Breaker. Omega kept kicking out at one, and the nearfalls got longer until the finish was inevitable and loud. The elbow pad, finger gun, and last Hidden Blade were removed by Ospreay. Pinfall was 34:25.
The postgame was just as important. The stadium exploded with fireworks. Kneeling, Ospreay covered his face with his hands. Omega finally stood. Ospreay helped Omega to the back after Omega gave him the belt and hugged him. Photo was clear and accurate. World champion. Top boxer in the building. In his nation. The company’s largest show. After winning the Casino Gauntlet, Andrade El Ídolo is now in line. AEW’s collapse is defined by the crash.
Willow Nightingale is asleep when Mercedes Moné wins the women’s world title.
Mercedes Moné’s character closure was more comprehensive than Ospreay’s emotional high point. Nightingale came in with a broken hand but fought like the stubborn babyface she has been all year. Moné saw his injury as a plan, not an accident. She stuffed Nightingale’s wrapped fingers into the stairs, announce table, and open turnbuckle. In the match, she tore off the tape and raised her hand in front of a crowd cheering the British losers all afternoon.
War occurred at the contest. She hit a Death Valley Driver, Spanish Fly, and cannonball. Moné kept working on his hand despite his bleeding nose. A referee bump let the attacker stay without a count while the champion was wounded. After the official recovered, Moné blocked a powerbomb and rolled Nightingale away from the ropes until she passed out. After 22 minutes, the bell rang. New AEW Women’s World Champion. Her name is Mercedes Moné.
Last year, Toni Storm won the All-In championship after Moné won the Owen Hart Cup.
This year, she owned the event and wouldn’t leave London without the belt. The heel winner can talk, grapple for lengthy periods, and rip apart her opponents, changing the women’s division. Fearless like Nightingale is the question. It was timing. The company wants the next babyface who can captivate Wembley like Nightingale did with one good hand at Moné’s start.
The TNT title switches hands when Darby Allin climbs the stage and Sting returns.
The Falls Count Anywhere TNT Championship fight between Kevin Knight and Darby Allin was a thrilling conclusion to the wrestling hour. Knight ruled 12 times for 140 days. The TNT Title was last held by Allin in February 2023. Allin bled early and never stopped.
Jake Doyle and Brian Cage of the Callis family added to the fun. Stephen Borden stopped the first shot, then jumped off a long ladder onto both individuals on the ground after informing his father he “got it.” After that, Sting took over. Stare at Knight works. Winced knight. Sting would throw the baseball bat at Allin, delivering a Scorpion Death Drop. So the commotion went up the ramp. Like Knight turned on Allin after Double or Nothing, Allin walked up on a lighting setup and hit a coffin drop that sent both guys through the stage. Knight was stretchered. Again, Allin punched and pinned him.
Allin headlined his third TNT title and one of the company’s largest coffin drops. Years from now, the fight will be filmed. Knight was supposed to replace Allin, but he appears to have learned the hard way that AEW still uses Allin as a human special effect. Sting made a brief but useful appearance. That heartfelt beat will be remembered by Wembley fans on the way home.
Start winning world trios titles as soon as the new level rolls available.
It was supposed to be a traffic jam before the Buy-In’s Trios Roulette Royale. That started the night’s stadium action. The Dogs, Demand, Conglomeration, Death Riders, Hangman Page, Bandido, champion Brody King, and Bang Bang Gang entered first. The wild card Swerve Strickland was alone until new music and Kofi and Austin Creed, formerly Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods, became The New Level.
It took 39 minutes to win. To kill Gabe Kidd, Strickland called a house call. Prince Nana restored the steps after Kofi nearly did a Royal Rumble over the mishap. By sending PAC and Claudio Castagnoli over the top rope, Creed and Kofi won their first AEW match. Won AEW World Trios Championship. Honest booking worked. We had to show we could surprise an 80,000-seat building. They paired two former New Day members with Swerve on the biggest stage of the year. There are many great tag and trio champions and previous champions with unfinished business. The Wembley crowd knows the new team’s positions. Other 2026 matches: Okada reclaims title, Moxley defeats London, tag division chaos.
The card’s remaining space was for belts and TV shows for three months.
TBS Championship: A masked attacker helped Persephone defeat Maya World. Britt Baker returned after two years, removed the mask, and slapped World with the Lockjaw, standing with the new champion. Thekla also appeared at the pre-show desk and promised “toxic” action. The women’s midcard now has a returning world champion, a new TBS Champion, and a third name being considered.
Brawling Birds defeat Divine Dominion for the women’s world tag team title. Windsor sent Megan Bayne to the floor at 11:40. Windsor and Hayter killed two birds with one stone on Lena Kross. All In makes booking British wrestlers winning tag gold in London easy. This division feels more like a home crowd tale than a size vs. speed experiment, and Divine Dominion’s five-month reign is over.
Jon Moxley regained the Continental Championship by defeating Nigel McGuinness in 17:15. McGuinness, with a wounded ankle, sold near-rope drama to a hometown audience. Moxley finished with an ankle lock after working the leg. The first Continental Challenge Cup ended with the champion staying champion, the least surprising ending and one of the best matches. The building thought McGuinness was close. Good enough to warrant the tap.
In a three-way all-Don Callis Family match, Kazuchika Okada defeated Kyle Fletcher and Konosuke Takeshita for the International Championship Raging Fire hit Takeshita. Turnbuckle brainbuster by Fletcher. Okada pinned Champion Fletcher using the Rainmaker, not the downed man. Fletcher nearly belted him after the bell. Callis jumped. Okada made Fletcher raise his hand. The family kept the title. The hierarchy didn’t. Okada’s second International Title reign began with a quiet civil war shown on TV.
In the Casino Gauntlet, El Ídolo Andrade got in first and left last. The future world champion defeated Nick Wayne in 21:05. MJF spent the bout trying to use Wayne as a pawn and left with nothing to match the briefcase. With Andrade and MJF’s hatred, Friedman should find a way to get between Andrade and Ospreay before the title fight.
World Tag Team Champions Christian Cage & Adam Copeland vs. The Young Bucks Bucks match: speed, ref sightline areas, near-falls. The contest ended cagey. Nick Jackson was speared with a hidden blade in his forearm tape. FTR, the Motor City Machine Guns, and The New Level sought out the champs. They rescue Cope and Cage. Unquiet gap.
The Buy-In undercard was fine. Rush & Rascalz defeated. Oops. Harley Cameron & Kris Statlander defeated Sisters of Sin. Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, QT Marshall, and Big Boom AJ beat Shane Taylor Promotions. The matches warmed the building before the roulette wheel spun. Their work was done.
Next-generation platform All In 2026
AEW’s strongest statement, All In at Wembley, reminds the globe that pro wrestling is still a destination. However, championship gold and legacy made that message more impactful this year. In London, Ospreay was the world champion. Moné finally won the women’s title after two Owen Hart Cups and heartbreak. Allin clutching the TNT Title is another forever highlight. Okada wins the International Title at home. Before cutting a Dynamite promo, the New Level wins the trios gold. Andrade, Moxley, Cage, and Cope leave Wembley with the same titles—proof that the best persist.
The runway All In 2026 created was its true genius, not the moments it produced. AEW quickly announced a return to the UK in February for Dynasty 2027 in Liverpool and Dynamite at the O2. A corporation that recognizes it has momentum realizes that stadium wrestling only works when the next chapter is known, and here the chapters write themselves. Box office is guarantyd for Ospreay vs. Andrade. Moné is the first babyface to face The Statement Maker and a great tale await. What about Swerve, Kofi, and Creed versus anyone who doubted their power? Speech tone, not a question.
All In 2026 was more than a nite of champs. It appears that AEW has staked its claim in the future. It was not over, Wembley to Liverpool to the globe. It was a start. The next phase has begun.
